باختصار: مش بنحفظ أي بيانات من الـCV بتاعك. مفيش حسابات، ومفيش قاعدة بيانات، والـCV بيتعمل جوه المتصفح بتاعك.
1. مين احنا
موقع Statselkora CV (cv.statselkora.com) خدمة مجانية لعمل السيرة الذاتية، تابعة لموقع statselkora.com. للتواصل بخصوص الخصوصية: Danielgeorge@statselkora.com.
2. البيانات اللي بتكتبها في الـCV
- البيانات اللي بتكتبها في الفورم (الاسم، التواصل، الخبرات، التعليم…) بتفضل في المتصفح بتاعك بس، ومش بتتبعت لسيرفراتنا ولا بتتحفظ عندنا.
- ملفات PDF و Word بتتعمل على جهازك مباشرة. لما تقفل الصفحة أو تعمل تحديث، البيانات بتختفي.
- مش بنستخدم تسجيل دخول ولا حسابات، ومش بنحفظ بياناتك على سيرفراتنا.
- لما تتنقل بين أدوات الموقع (زي فحص الـCV ومطابقة الوظيفة وأداة الإنشاء)، بنحتفظ بنسخة مؤقتة من بيانات الـCV في ذاكرة التاب بتاعك بس (sessionStorage)، عشان ماتكتبهاش تاني. النسخة دي مابتطلعش من جهازك، وبتتمسح تلقائي لما تقفل التاب.
- صورتك الشخصية وصور الشهادات اللي بترفقها بتتجهز على جهازك وبتتحط جوه ملف الـCV، ومش بتترفع على أي سيرفر.
3. رفع الـCV القديم
لو رفعت ملف PDF أو Word (في "حدّث الـCV القديم" أو في أدوات فحص الـCV والمطابقة والترجمة والـCover Letter)، الملف بيتقري جوه المتصفح بتاعك بس، ومش بيترفع على أي سيرفر.
3.1 أدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي (اختيارية)
- بعض الأدوات فيها أزرار عليها ✨ (زي المراجعة بالذكاء الاصطناعي، تحسين النبذة، المطابقة، الترجمة، كتابة الـCover Letter). مفيش أي حاجة بتتبعت غير لما تضغط على الزرار بنفسك.
- لما تضغط، نص الـCV (وإعلان الوظيفة لو كتبته) بيتبعت عن طريق سيرفرنا لخدمة Google Gemini API عشان تحلله وترجع النتيجة.
- سيرفرنا مابيحفظش النص ولا النتيجة ولا بيسجّلهم. اللي بنحتفظ بيه بس عدّاد مؤقت مجهول (نسخة مشفّرة من عنوان الـIP) عشان نحدد عدد الطلبات ونمنع إساءة الاستخدام، وبيتمسح خلال يومين.
- بنستخدم الخدمة المجانية من Google Gemini. حسب شروط Gemini API، جوجل ممكن تستخدم المحتوى اللي بيتبعت للخدمة المجانية في تحسين منتجاتها، وممكن مراجعين بشريين يقروه. عشان كده ماتكتبش في الـCV بيانات حساسة زي الرقم القومي أو رقم الباسبور أو بيانات بنكية.
- نتايج الذكاء الاصطناعي ممكن تكون فيها أخطاء. الأدوات مابتطبّقش أي تعديل غير بموافقتك، ولازم تراجع أي اقتراح قبل ما تستخدمه.
- لو مش عايز تستخدم الذكاء الاصطناعي، كل الفحوصات العادية وأداة الإنشاء بتشتغل من غيره.
4. الترجمة التلقائية
لو كتبت بيانات بالعربي، النص العربي بس بيتبعت لخدمة ترجمة خارجية عشان يتحول لإنجليزي: Google Translate، ولو مش متاحة MyMemory. الخدمات دي بيحكمها سياسات الخصوصية بتاعتها. لو اخترت إن الـCV يطلع بالفرنساوي، نصوص الـCV (ماعدا الاسم وبيانات التواصل) بتتبعت لنفس الخدمات عشان تتترجم للفرنساوي. لو مش عايز أي نص يتبعت برّه جهازك، اكتب بياناتك بالإنجليزي واختار CV إنجليزي، ووقتها مفيش حاجة بتتبعت.
5. الإعلانات وملفات تعريف الارتباط (الكوكيز)
- الموقع بيعرض إعلانات من Google AdSense عشان يفضل مجاني.
- جوجل، باعتبارها مزوّد إعلانات تابع لطرف تالت، بتستخدم ملفات تعريف الارتباط (الكوكيز) عشان تعرض إعلانات بناءً على زياراتك السابقة للموقع ده ولمواقع تانية.
- استخدام جوجل لكوكيز الإعلانات بيسمح لها ولشركائها يعرضوا إعلانات بناءً على زياراتك للمواقع دي أو لمواقع تانية على الإنترنت.
- تقدر تقفل الإعلانات المخصصة من إعدادات الإعلانات في جوجل، أو من www.aboutads.info بالنسبة لمزوّدين تانيين.
- تقدر تعرف أكتر عن طريقة استخدام جوجل للبيانات من هنا: كيف تستخدم Google البيانات.
- لو انت في أوروبا أو بريطانيا، هتظهرلك رسالة تختار منها توافق أو ترفض الكوكيز قبل الإعلانات المخصصة.
6. Google Analytics (إحصائيات الزيارات)
- بنستخدم Google Analytics عشان نعرف عدد الزوار والصفحات اللي بيزوروها وبيجوا منين، وده بيساعدنا نحسّن الموقع.
- Google Analytics بيستخدم ملفات تعريف الارتباط (الكوكيز) وبيجمع بيانات تقنية عامة، زي نوع الجهاز والمتصفح والبلد التقريبية ومدة الزيارة.
- بنسجّل كمان أحداث عامة من غير أي بيانات شخصية، زي "اتعمل CV" أو "اتنزل PDF" واسم التصميم اللي اتختار. عمرنا ما بنبعت محتوى الـCV بتاعك (اسمك، بياناتك، خبراتك) لـGoogle Analytics.
- تقدر تمنع Google Analytics من إنه يجمع بياناتك باستخدام إضافة إلغاء الاشتراك من جوجل. ولو انت في أوروبا أو بريطانيا، رسالة الموافقة على الكوكيز بتتحكم في ده كمان.
7. خدمات تانية بنستخدمها
الموقع بيحمّل الخطوط من Google Fonts، والمكتبات البرمجية من jsDelivr. الخدمات دي ممكن تشوف بيانات تقنية عادية زي عنوان الـIP ونوع المتصفح، زي أي موقع على الإنترنت.
8. الأطفال
الخدمة موجهة للباحثين عن شغل، ومش موجهة للأطفال أقل من 13 سنة.
9. تعديل السياسة
ممكن نعدّل السياسة دي في أي وقت، وأي تعديل هيظهر في الصفحة دي مع تاريخ التحديث.
Privacy Policy (English)
Summary: we do not store any CV data. There are no accounts and no database; your CV is generated inside your browser.
CV data. Everything you type in the form stays in your browser. PDF and Word files are generated on your device and are never sent to or stored on our servers. When you close or refresh the page, the data is gone.
Photos and attachments. Your profile photo and attached certificates are processed on your device and embedded in your CV file; they are never uploaded.
Uploading an existing CV. Uploaded PDF/Word files (in the builder or in the CV checker, job matcher, translator and cover letter tools) are read locally in your browser and are not uploaded to any server.
Moving between tools. When you move between our tools, a temporary copy of your CV data is kept in your browser tab's session storage (sessionStorage) so you do not have to retype it. It never leaves your device and is deleted automatically when you close the tab.
AI tools (optional). Some tools have ✨ buttons (AI review, summary improvement, job matching, translation, cover letters). Nothing is sent unless you press one of these buttons. When you do, your CV text (and the job description, if you entered one) is sent through our server to the Google Gemini API, which returns the result. Our server does not store or log the text or the result; it keeps only a temporary anonymous counter (a hashed IP address) for rate limiting and abuse prevention, deleted within two days. We use the free Gemini service: under the Gemini API terms, Google may use content sent to the free service to improve its products, and human reviewers may read it, so do not include sensitive data such as ID or passport numbers or bank details. AI output can contain mistakes; our tools never apply a change without your approval, and you should review every suggestion. All standard checks and the CV builder work without AI.
Translation. Only Arabic text is sent to a third-party translation service (Google Translate, with MyMemory as a fallback) to convert it to English. If you choose a French CV, your CV text (except your name and contact details) is sent to the same services to translate it into French. If you write in English and choose an English CV, nothing is sent.
Advertising and cookies. This site shows ads served by Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visits to this and/or other sites on the Internet. You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings, or opt out of other vendors' cookies at www.aboutads.info. See how Google uses data. Visitors in the EEA and UK are shown a consent message before personalized ads.
Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how many people visit the site, which pages they use and where they come from, so we can improve it. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects general technical data such as device, browser, approximate country and visit duration. We also record anonymous events such as "CV generated" or "PDF downloaded" and the chosen template. We never send the content of your CV (your name, details or experience) to Google Analytics. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on; visitors in the EEA and UK can also control this through the cookie consent message.
Other services. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and libraries from jsDelivr, which may receive standard technical data such as IP address and browser type.
Children. The service is not directed to children under 13.
