Match your CV to any job description
See how close your CV is to the job: found and missing keywords, relevant experience and requirements you have not shown. Then tailor it to this job, with your approval.
1Your CV
🔒 We do not upload or store your file: it is read inside your browser. If you use the AI tools, only the text is sent to Google Gemini for analysis, and we do not keep it.
2The job ad
Tailor my CV for this job
✨ Your CV and the ad will be sent to Google Gemini. Suggestions only rephrase your real experience and apply only with your approval.
Original vs updated
Why tailor your CV to each job?
ATS and recruiters look for the words and skills in the ad itself. If you have the experience but describe it differently, your CV may not show up. The tool shows found and missing keywords so you can describe your real experience in the ad’s language.
- Technical skills and tools (such as Excel, SAP, Python)
- Required responsibilities
- Education, certifications and years of experience
- Soft skills and industry knowledge
How to use the result
- Start with missing technical skills and tools. If you really use one at work, write it with the same name as the ad (for example "Microsoft Dynamics 365", not just "ERP").
- Put the keyword where it belongs: inside an experience bullet that shows how you used it, not only in the skills list.
- Adjust your summary to open with the job title from the ad, if it truly describes your work.
- If the ad asks for more years, check that all your job dates are written correctly, because the tool counts experience from them.
- Run the match again after editing, then write a cover letter for the job.
What the tool does not do
The tool does not guarantee your CV will pass a particular ATS or get you an interview: every employer has its own settings and a person makes the final decision. It only shows how close your CV is to the ad in wording, and where the gaps are that you can honestly fix.

FAQ
How is the match score calculated?
We extract technical skills, tools, responsibilities, soft skills, education and certifications from the ad and check which ones appear in your CV. Each category has a weight (technical skills, tools and responsibilities count most), and the score drops if the ad asks for more years than your dates show.
Should I add every missing keyword?
No. Add only the skills you really have. Claiming a skill you lack can be exposed at the interview or on the job. If an important requirement is missing, mention in your cover letter that you are learning it.
What does "Tailor my CV for this job" do?
It suggests a summary and clearer bullets that surface your real, relevant experience, and orders your skills by relevance. It does not add experience or numbers, and nothing changes until you approve it.
Is the job ad stored?
No. The ad and your CV stay in your browser tab. If you use AI, they are sent to Google Gemini for the analysis, and we do not keep them.
What match score is good enough to apply?
There is no magic number. As a rule of thumb, if the score is above 60–70% and you truly meet most core requirements, apply. If it is lower, check what is missing: add skills you have but did not mention, and focus on closer roles if the gaps are real.
Does it work with Arabic job ads?
Yes, it handles Arabic and English ads. Most Gulf employers search for English terms, so an English CV is usually best even when the ad is in Arabic.
Should I make a different CV for each job?
You do not need a new CV each time. Keep a master version and, before each application, adjust the summary, the order of your skills and the first bullets of each job so the most relevant points show first. It takes ten minutes and makes a real difference.
