Does it affect Arabic?
No. Arabic has no upper or lower case, so it stays as it is. Only Latin letters change.
Does Title Case capitalise words like "of" and "and"?
Yes, it capitalises the first letter of every word without exceptions, so adjust small words if you follow a style guide.
What happens to acronyms like CV or HR?
Title Case and Sentence case lowercase the text first, so CV becomes Cv. Fix acronyms by hand afterwards.
