FAQ
The error message is cryptic. What now?
It comes from the browser's parser and usually points to the position. Common causes are a trailing comma, single quotes instead of double, or an unquoted key.
Are comments allowed?
No. Standard JSON does not support comments, so // or /* */ will be reported as an error.
What indentation is used?
Two spaces per level.
