Can I rotate just one page?
No, every page turns by the same angle. If only one page is wrong, extract it with the split tool and rotate it on its own.
My page already had a rotation. What happens?
Your angle is added to the existing one. If the result is off, try a different angle on the original file.
Does rotating reduce quality?
No. It only changes how the page is displayed; the content is not redrawn.
