Choose a real but non-critical weakness and explain what you are doing to improve it.

Research the company and mention something specific: a product, an expansion or its culture.

8. Tell me about a challenge you faced

Use the STAR method: Situation, Task, Action, Result.

9. Tell me about a mistake you made

Pick a small mistake and focus on what you learned and how you prevented it from happening again.

10. How do you handle pressure?

Give a real example of a busy period and explain how you prioritized.

11. Do you prefer working alone or in a team?
