1. The thank-you email: within 24 hours

Thank you for taking the time to meet with me today about the Accountant position. I enjoyed learning about your team's plans to automate monthly reporting, and I'm excited about the chance to contribute with my SAP and Excel experience.

2. The follow-up email: after a week of silence
